Eligibility
- Renters must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- A clean driving record may be required.
- Additional verification (such as proof of insurance or student ID) may be requested before pickup.
Reservations & Payment
- Reservations can be made online through our booking platform.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm your booking.
- Payment is charged in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.
- Prices include applicable taxes and basic coverage; optional upgrades may be added at checkout.
Deposits & Security Holds
- A small refundable security deposit may be required at the start of each rental.
- Deposits are released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a one-day rental fee.
Pickup & Return
- Cars must be picked up and returned at the location and time agreed upon during booking.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for returns; after that, late fees may apply.
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Mileage & Fuel
- Rentals include a daily mileage allowance (stated during booking).
- Additional mileage will be charged at the posted per-mile rate.
- All vehicles must be refueled with the correct grade of gas before return.
Cleanliness & Damage
- Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
- Excess dirt, smoke, or pet hair may result in a cleaning fee.
- Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
Accidents & Emergencies
- In case of an accident, immediately notify Rentel Support and local authorities.
- A written incident report must be submitted within 24 hours.
- Insurance coverage details and deductible amounts are provided at booking.
Prohibited Uses
Rentel vehicles may not be used for:
- Racing or off-road driving
- Towing or hauling
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Illegal activities of any kind
