Frequently Asked Questions

Everything Drivers Need To Know
Do you allow delivery driving in rentals?
Yes—delivery driving is allowed as long as it follows Rentel’s terms and the platform’s rules.
What requirements do you have for drivers?
We're set up for fast approvals so you don't waste valuable time off the road. To join the program, you'll need a valid Driver's License, Proof of Insurance and a Delivery Driver Account.
What is included under the program?
For $299/week or $969/month, you will be provided a vehicle with unlimited mileage and all maintenance included. Assuming an average of 3,000-4,000 miles a month, drivers can save thousands on vehicle depreciation, oil changes, cleaning, and other major repairs.
Which delivery platforms can I use?
Rentel vehicles can be used for most major delivery platforms, including food, grocery, retail, and package delivery services. Platform availability may vary, but drivers commonly use Rentel for Roadie, Spark, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and similar services.
How does billing work?
Drivers are billed weekly or monthly, based on the plan selected. Drivers are not locked into a contract and can take a break at anytime, after their prepaid rental period is over.
